Procedural Sedation Audit

The Surgery in Children ODN and Critical Care ODN have developed the sedation audit form. Please complete it each time procedural sedation is administered to a patient within your service.
The aim of this audit is to review the medications used during sedation and assess their effectiveness. The information collected will help us evaluate how well the sedation guidance is working and identify areas for potential improvement.
